Wedding/Graduation Mints

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. of cream cheese softened
  • 4 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. of mint flavoring (use spearmint, but you can use any flavor you want)
  • 1/8 tsp. of butter flavoring

Instructions

  1. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese by hand. It will resemble pie dough.
  2. Add flavor, knead well.
  3. Add color, knead well again.
  4. Use granulated sugar to dip your molds in, then press in dough.
  5. Unmold gently. Let air dry.
  6. Freeze up to 4 months in advance. The flavor is much better if frozen.
  7. Layer between waxed paper and freeze in Tupperware.
  8. Makes around 185 mints.
