Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes baked in the microwave until soft
- bacon bits
- Hidden Valley dressing (dry)
- sour cream
- butter
- milk
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- grated cheese (your choice)
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in half, scoop out potato meat leaving enough to hold the shell together.
- Put the potato meat into a bowl, whip like mashed potatoes using the milk, butter, salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder. The potatoes should be a little dry.
- Put 1/2 of the dressing in potatoes and add sour cream until smooth and creamy. Add bacon bits.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Top with grated cheese and bake until cheese melts.
Notes
Can be made ahead; just increase baking time to preheat thoroughly.
