Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon karo
- 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Microwave 1 minute.
- Add sugar and microwave 4 minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon Karo, 3 tablespoons water, microwave 9 minutes (stirring in between).
- Must use a very heavy glass microwave dish.
- This recipe was made using an 1100 watt microwave (may need slight adjustment based on yours).
- Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans or 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips and let melt.
- Spread and add little finely chopped pecans.
- Let chill in fridge, then break into pieces and store in airtight container.
