Small Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 32oz Velveeta Easy Melt Cheese block
  • 1.5 lbs Ground Hamburger Meat
  • 19oz Old El Paso Mild Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 30 corn tortillas
  • Taco meat seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook ground meat with Taco meat seasoning
  2. Mix and cook Enchilada sauce and cheese until fully melted
  3. Mix both meat and cheese sauce together
  4. Fry the corn tortillas to soften them
  5. On a large sheet pan put meat and cheese mix into the tortillas and roll them
  6. Put extra sauce on top of enchiladas
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
