Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes enough to make 6 cups.
  2. Place 1/2 of the potatoes into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Add half of the onions.
  4. Sprinkle half of the flour over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half of the salt and pepper.
  6. Repeat the layers.
  7. Pour milk over all.
  8. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
  9. Uncover and bake 15-30 minutes longer.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
