Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice potatoes enough to make 6 cups.
- Place 1/2 of the potatoes into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Add half of the onions.
- Sprinkle half of the flour over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the salt and pepper.
- Repeat the layers.
- Pour milk over all.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
- Uncover and bake 15-30 minutes longer.
- Makes 6 servings.
