Round Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of round steak
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 1/4 cup of onions

Instructions

  1. Season meat to taste.
  2. Line roaster with aluminum foil.
  3. Place meat in bottom of roaster.
  4. Add potatoes (salt).
  5. Add cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of water, and onions.
  6. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
  7. Take out and place chopped cheese across potatoes and meat.
  8. Cover and continue to bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
