Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup of margarine
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (#1)
- 1 can of Rotel (10 oz), diced tomatoes and green chilies
Instructions
- Place macaroni in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt margarine over low heat, add milk, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute until smooth and heated.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Stir in Rotel.
- Pour mixture over macaroni.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Makes 11 servings.
