Ingredients
- 1 box of crab boil
- 2 cans of beer
- 3 qts. of water
- 2 whole jalapeños (optional)
- Juice squeezed from 2 whole lemons
- 3 lbs. of unpeeled shrimp
- Melted butter or red sauce
Instructions
- To 3 qts. of water, add crab boil, salt, beer, jalapeños, and lemons.
- Boil 4 minutes, then cool and add shrimp.
- Bring to a boil again. Simmer 3-7 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp.
- Peel your own! The crab boil is spicy already without the peppers!
