Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of flour, heaping
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 slice of pineapple, shredded
- Chunks of butter
Instructions
- Cook flour, sugar, milk, egg yolks, and butter till thick, then add pineapple, pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
- Put in cooked pie crust and top with meringue.
- Cook until meringue browns.
- Set oven at 400 degrees to bake meringue.
