Ingredients
- 4 cups of fresh sliced peaches (let stand)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 Tbls. of flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar over peaches (let stand).
- Combine and stir into peaches: 1/2 tsp. of vanilla, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/4 tsp. of salt.
- Bake 15 min. at 400 degrees.
- Reset oven to 350 degrees and bake 20 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and add the following after mixing well: 1/3 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of butter, and 1 tsp. of cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over hot pie and bake 10 more minutes.
