Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
- 1 can of Eagle Brand milk
- 1 cup of lemon juice
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese with mixer (let it sit out at room temperature for a little while).
- Mix until smooth, then add Eagle Brand milk. Mix well, then add lemon juice.
- Mix for 30 seconds and pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Top with pie filling, cherries, strawberries, or blueberries.
