Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 2 1/2 cups of peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups of sugar
- 8 cups of oatmeal
- 8 oz. of M&Ms
- Nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Beat eggs, add margarine, brown & white sugar, vanilla, soda & stir well.
- Add oatmeal & nuts, stir well.
- Add M&Ms & choc chips last. Stir all well.
- Use an ice cream scoop & flatten slightly.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- For easier removal, leave on cookie sheet for 1 minute.
- Approx. 6 dozen Monster-sized cookies.
