Ingredients
- Elbow macaroni, enough for your family, cooked and drained
- 1 lb of Velveeta cheese (works fine), chopped into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 Tbsp of corn starch
- 4 Tbsp of margarine
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/8 tsp of pepper
- Mrs. Dash
Instructions
- Mix corn starch and milk until smooth.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash.
- Add corn starch and milk; cook until it boils and thickens.
- Add cheese that has been cut into small pieces.
- Add to cooked macaroni and add ham if you want.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
