Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • Elbow macaroni, enough for your family, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb of Velveeta cheese (works fine), chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 Tbsp of corn starch
  • 4 Tbsp of margarine
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/8 tsp of pepper
  • Mrs. Dash

Instructions

  1. Mix corn starch and milk until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash.
  3. Add corn starch and milk; cook until it boils and thickens.
  4. Add cheese that has been cut into small pieces.
  5. Add to cooked macaroni and add ham if you want.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
