
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 small can cream style corn (8.5 oz.)
- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix all ingredients, pour into 8x8 greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
