Gingerbread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup Steen's pure cane syrup (sold in brown glass bottles)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, mix wet ingredients and in another smaller bowl mix dry ingredients.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees in oblong pan for 30-35 minutes.
