Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of fruit cocktail
  • 1 15 oz can of pineapple chunks
  • 1 small can of Mandarin oranges
  • 1 small box of vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 2 cups of miniature marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain fruit and reserve 1 cup of the juice.
  2. Put the juice in a small pan and add pudding.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat until thick and clear.
  4. Cool in the refrigerator.
  5. When cool, mix in fruit and marshmallows if desired.
