
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Frozen Vegetable Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 4 Cups of Steamed White Rice
- 1 Cup Coconut Aminos
Instructions
- In a Wok, put ½ of the Coconut Aminos in, put in the vegetables (thawed) and the 3 eggs, break yolks apart and stir for about 2 minutes. Add rice and the rest of the coconut aminos. Stir constantly cook for no more than 8 minutes.
