Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Frozen Vegetable Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 Cups of Steamed White Rice
  • 1 Cup Coconut Aminos

Instructions

  1. In a Wok, put ½ of the Coconut Aminos in, put in the vegetables (thawed) and the 3 eggs, break yolks apart and stir for about 2 minutes. Add rice and the rest of the coconut aminos. Stir constantly cook for no more than 8 minutes.
