Easy Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup Karo light or dark syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9 in)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended.
  2. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
