Ingredients
- 8 cups of cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
- 2 small or 1 large onion
- 2 stalks of celery (optional)
- 3 cups of sugar
- 3 cups of vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. of celery salt
- 3/4 tsp. of mustard seed
Instructions
- Salt and let sit for 1/2 to 1 hour.
- Boil and cool sugar, vinegar, celery salt, and mustard seed.
- Drain and rinse pickles.
- Add pickles to syrup and set in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
