Crunchy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 1/4 cups butter or margarine
  • Seasoned corn flake crumbs

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes into fourths.
  2. Melt 3/4 cup of butter in pan in oven.
  3. Coat potatoes in melted butter, coating with corn flake crumbs. Place in pan.
  4. Add 1/2 cup more butter or margarine if needed.
  5. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
