
Ingredients
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of Tarragon vinegar
- 1 cup of salad oil
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
- Pepper to taste
- 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion (I use dried onion, approx. 2 Tbls.)
Instructions
- Marinate in the above mixture for 12-24 hours.
- If I use a medium head of cabbage I use half of the dressing. I also use red and green peppers.
