Ingredients
- 1 (5 lb) chicken, cooked, deboned and cut into bite size pieces (DO NOT DISCARD THE CHICKEN BROTH)
- 1 cup onions
- 1 cup celery
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (12 oz) bag spaghetti
- 1-1/2 lbs Velveeta (cubed)
Instructions
- Cook 12 oz spaghetti in broth saved from chicken.
- In a LARGE skillet, saute' onions, celery, and bell pepper with the margarine. When onions turn clear, add cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
- Add cubed Velveeta and mix well. Be sure to turn heat down as the cheese will start to stick at this point. You will need to add some chicken broth to thin the mixture.
- Add your chicken then your spaghetti. You might need to add a little more broth at this time, depending on how thick or thin you want it.
- Salt and pepper to taste. This makes a lot of spaghetti — you might want to invite some extra guests!
