
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can of sliced mushrooms
- 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 small box Velveeta
- 1 medium onion
Instructions
- Cook broccoli; cook rice until almost fluffy.
- Sauté onions in butter.
- Cut cheese into small cubes and add to onion.
- Once cheese has melted, add rice, broccoli, soup, and mushrooms.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 350°F until golden brown (approx. 20 minutes).
