Ingredients
- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
- 1 small can chicken, juice
- shredded cheddar cheese or colby jack cheese
- one or two boxes of Ritz type crackers
Instructions
- Let cream cheese soften to just about room temperature.
- Mix with a mixer to soften the rest of the way.
- Add can of chicken and juice.
- Mix well. Put grated cheese on plastic wrap, then put mixture of chicken/cream cheese on top.
- Add more cheese, then shape into a ball.
- Let chill for at least two hours. The longer the better.
- Serve with crackers.
