Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 tsp. of cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
Instructions
- Place egg white, sugar, cream of tartar, and vanilla in a small deep bowl.
- Mix well, then add boiling water.
- Beat until stiff peaks form.
- This frosting melts pretty fast and is sticky.
- Best used and made the same day you are serving the cake.
