Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash, washed, cut in half, seeds removed
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar (for each half)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (for each half)
Instructions
- Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
- Place squash halves in a baking dish, skin side down.
- In the center of each half, add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Bake for 45 minutes on high or until soft.
- Scrape out and serve.
