Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash, washed, cut in half, seeds removed
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar (for each half)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (for each half)

Instructions

  1. Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
  2. Place squash halves in a baking dish, skin side down.
  3. In the center of each half, add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes on high or until soft.
  5. Scrape out and serve.
